Base salary: $50,000–$70,000 per year, plus bonus potential. Eligible for a company vehicle and Black Card Membership.
Responsibilities Maintain all building assets and systems to ensure safety and code compliance.
Perform repair and preventative maintenance on fitness equipment, electrical components, heating & cooling, audio & video systems, basic plumbing, HVAC, and other facility aspects using the CMMS platform.
Apply service notes and update status on work orders for visibility across departments.
Communicate with key stakeholders and business partners to keep them informed of progress and outstanding issues.
Review and prioritize club work orders daily and manage maintenance completion deadlines.
Order parts and materials as needed for equipment and facility repair and maintenance.
Maintain lighting systems, clean fixtures, and replace bulbs and lamps.
Oversee and inspect outside contractors when necessary.
Maintain club grounds in compliance with agreements.
Follow health and safety best practices and obey all traffic laws while driving company vehicles.
Perform any additional duties as assigned based on club needs.




Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
Trade school training in carpentry, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or automotive preferred.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and safe driving record.
Ability to obtain a passport.
Experience serving the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area with client-facing responsibilities.
