Support complex care clients in Brampton as a dedicated nurse with The Care Company. This position focuses on delivering personalized nursing care within home and community settings.

We are looking for skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) who can build relationships with clients facing medical complexities. You will provide safe, compassionate care and utilize your nursing assessments and interventions to improve clients' lives. Previous complex-care or community nursing experience is a robust asset, and training will be offered for necessary procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct ongoing assessments of client health
• Provide complex nursing interventions and care




• Safely operate specialized medical equipment
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Work closely with families and care teams

Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
• Recent Criminal Record Check and TB test
• Valid CPR and WHMIS certification
• Strong nursing assessment and critical-thinking ability
• Access to a vehicle is an advantage
