In this role, your mission will be to oversee all maintenance aspects at Chartwell. You will coordinate preventative maintenance, respond to repair requests, and ensure the quality and safety of our environments. Your hands-on experience in maintenance and robust leadership skills will be key in guiding your team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement routine maintenance programs for optimal facility conditions
• Address repair requests promptly in shared spaces
• Ensure fixtures' safety and aesthetics through servicing




• Oversee vendor management for cost-effective services

Requirements:
• Minimum 1-3 years' supervisory experience
• Skilled in building systems and maintenance coordination
• Certification in related trades preferred
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Must hold a valid driver’s license
