In this consulting role, you will manage actuarial projects tied to employee advantages, including both active and retired employees. Your responsibilities will also encompass the operation of valuation data tools and the presentation of research findings to clients. Engage with diverse group insurance providers, ensuring effective project management and client support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing and analyzing employee benefit plans
• Coach junior team members for effective performance
• Collaborate on group insurance renewals and financials




• Present insights during client and internal meetings
• Maintain high standards and compliance in all deliverables

Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years in consulting or insurance
• ASA/ACIA designation or pursuing FSA/FCIA
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Expert knowledge of actuarial valuations
• Commitment to detail and time management
