Small Axe Studios in Burnaby, BC, part of 2K, seeks a Systems Designer to shape core gameplay systems for a large-scale sports title. You’ll design, balance, and implement progression, economies, and player stats, working with engineers, artists, and other designers.
You’ll translate high-level goals into scalable systems, own subsystems, and iterate based on metrics and playtesting. A background in game design, solid balancing principles, and collaborative mindset are essential.
