Key Responsibilities:
• Regularly check grades of rough and finished lumber
• Document defects and grading issues
• Monitor lumber quality through all production stages




• Train and mentor production employees
• Create and implement effective quality control protocols

Requirements:
• Five years of experience in lumber grading
• White pine grading experience is required
• Prior quality control experience in lumber/mfg. industry preferred
• Solid attention to detail and proactive mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
