You will compile critical reports and monitor landlord billing to ensure fair payments and recoveries. Collaborating closely with the Property Manager, your analytical insights will help shape decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accuracy of the lease administration database RealLease
• Support operational issues and advise on payments due
• Monitor annual budget increases from landlords




• Prepare year-end reconciliations and adjustments
• Generate analytical reports for stakeholder recommendations

Requirements:
• University degree or relevant certification
• 3 to 5 years of related experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Robust communication skills and attention to detail
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
