Your role involves clinical assessments, implementing care plans, and providing direct medication administration. Key Responsibilities:
• Work within an inter-skilled team for patient-centered care
• Complete and update resident care assessments and documentation
• Implement and evaluate care/service plans effectively




• Administer medications and treatments in compliance with regulations
• Facilitate resident/family education to enhance understanding

Requirements:
• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Experience in gerontology or long-term care environments
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
