Become a key player in the Power Electronic Lab at UBC, Vancouver, Canada. This full-time position is ideal for those eager to design innovative mechanical systems for green energy applications while pursuing a Master’s program.

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to contribute to power electronic platforms. This role focuses on designing and implementing mechanical components while developing skills in electrical and mechanical engineering. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team on exciting projects that emphasize sustainability and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and analyze mechanical systems for power electronics
• Develop and test prototypes for production-ready products




• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
• 1+ years in mechanical design, preferably in power electronics
• Proficiency in 3D CAD and FEA software
• Familiarity with rapid prototyping and production methods
• Solid problem-solving and communication skills
