Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for Wing Kei’s vision and core values
• Implement nursing processes including assessments and evaluations
• Review individual care plans regularly for improvements
• Provide emotional support and collaborate with care teams
• Participate in training for best service practices
Requirements:
• Valid LPN License regulated by CLHA
• Current CPR (BCLS) training
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments
• Solid observational and leadership skills
• Experience in Long Term Care or Support Living preferred
