In this role, you will be responsible for leading safety initiatives in Hillpointe’s apartment communities and construction sites. You'll analyze injury trends, conduct safety inspections, and deliver OSHA training. Collaboration with Human Resources and effective communication are essential as you support compliance while promoting a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze injury trends to identify risk reduction opportunities
• Conduct scheduled safety inspections at various sites
• Develop injury prevention programs and training sessions




• Investigate workplace incidents and document findings
• Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations and implement updates

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Risk Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum of five years of safety management experience
• Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety programs
• Excellent report writing and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
