In this full-time, seasonal role, support the Lodge Manager in address administrative responsibilities while also stepping into their role during absences. You will focus on overseeing operations, enhancing guest interactions, and coaching your team. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in meeting the lodge's overarching goals through administration
• Provide ongoing coaching and leadership feedback to staff




• Remain responsive to guest needs and feedback
• Maintain bar inventory and schedule management
• Foster a protected work environment for all employees

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education in hospitality
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred
• Valid Food Safe Certificate and First Aid Level 1
• Experience managing schedules and inventory systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hospitality software
