Support clients in identifying their needs, recommend suitable recruitment strategies and advise on recruitment matters

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting, proactive candidate sourcing, screening, group interviews, test administration, coordinating background checks and making offers to selected candidates

Develop recent recruitment sources and manage quality candidate pools by organizing and participating in prospecting and visibility activities with targeted organizations

Solicit and attract passive candidates to fill current positions

Promote careers within Desjardins and support employee development by providing information, advice and feedback during the recruitment process

Participate in development projects related to the evolution of talent acquisition practices

Ensure compliance with privacy and information security policies and guidelines

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field

A minimum of two years of relevant experience in high volume recruitment

Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

Advanced proficiency of French

Intermediate knowledge of Workday
