In this role, you will be responsible for assisting all business units, including FYidoctors and Visique, by resolving IT issues promptly. With 1-2 years of relevant experience, you will be the first point of contact for inquiries and will document all incidents effectively. Your ability to communicate in both English and French will enhance service delivery and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide IT support as the first point of contact • Handle requests over phone, email, and online forms • Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues • Maintain records in the Service Desk Plus system • Escalate incidents to the Technical Support Team when necessary

Requirements: • Bilingual in English and French • 1-2 years in a similar IT role • Experience with IT service management systems • Knowledge of Active Directory and Remote Desktop • Robust time management and problem-solving skills
