Support the Regional PGME Expansion Lead and PGME leadership in developing residency expansion priorities and activities Support distributed site processes, including orientations, evaluations, and accreditation reviews Serve as primary RAH site administrator for PGME trainees Facilitate academic administrative processes, including electives, sponsored trainee applications, and assessments Collect, monitor, and verify program completion status, including CCTs, NERs, and CCAs Coordinate annual PGME Awards processes and funded/endowed trainee awards Support PGME Leadership with special projects, clinical teaching payments, government reporting, and other initiatives Orchestrate logistics for major annual and recurring PGME events Lead PGME communications by curating and drafting newsletter content, making design choices, and maintaining distribution-list integrity Serve as PGME superuser for software tools and platforms such as Cascade, Campaign Monitor, and FARM Collaborate with and support PGME committees, subcommittees, working groups, and standing meetings Requirements

Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline preferred; minimum post-secondary business administration or related certificate Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered 3–5 years of experience in a medical education and/or academic environment Three years of increasingly responsible administrative experience Computer proficiency in a Windows environment using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Advanced experience with Google Apps, including Mail, Drive, Docs, Sites, Calendar, and Meet Familiarity with electronic platforms and software such as Zoom, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Cascade,



and Campaign Monitor is an asset Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse individuals and organizations Excellent editorial and proofreading skills Exceptional written and oral communication skills; experience taking minutes Strong accuracy and attention to detail High level of tact and discretion; ability to maintain absolute confidentiality Solid organizational and planning skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple diverse tasks under minimal supervision Ability to take initiative and exercise sound judgment Ability to deal with a complex work environment Working knowledge of University of Alberta, PGME, and AHS/RAH policies, procedures, and guidelines is an asset Resume and cover letter required Core Competencies
