Transform patient safety practices at Brant Community Healthcare System as a Patient Safety and Quality Consultant. This role emphasizes healthcare quality improvement and strategic collaboration.

In this position, you will report directly to the Director of Quality, Patient Safety & Experience. You will collaborate with various clinical and administrative teams to foster an workplace dedicated to quality care enhancements. Your ability to analyze and interpret data will drive action plans and initiatives outlined in the Quality Improvement Plan, significantly impacting patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support initiatives for quality and utilization improvements
• Coordinate compliance with Accreditation standards




• Analyze incident reporting data for safety enhancements
• Implement patient experience initiatives effectively
• Provide coaching on quality improvement strategies

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a regulated health discipline or related field
• 3-5 years of healthcare experience required
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Collaborative ability across all organizational levels
• Completion of a Criminal Record Check necessary
