Become the key financial leader at Regal Rexnord as a Senior Finance Manager in a hybrid role. Partner with teams to bolster strategic growth and optimize financial performance.

You will serve as a critical finance partner for the TPS business, reporting to the General Manager and Divisional Finance Leader. In this senior role, you'll oversee financial activities and engage closely with various leaders to enhance profitability, ensure compliance, and lead budgeting and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead finance activities ensuring alignment with TPS objectives
• Provide insights to support strategic decision-making
• Drive accountability for revenue and cash flow performance
• Oversee budget, forecasting,



and long-term financial planning
• Conduct financial reviews and performance reporting

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
• 8+ years in finance leadership within manufacturing
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent designation preferred
• Robust experience in financial planning and analysis
• Background in project accounting and contract management
