AgeCare is looking for a PSW Coordinator to join our team in Canada. The role partners with the Director of Care to plan and coordinate resident personal care services and to support PSWs in delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
Responsibilities include onboarding, supervision, and coaching of PSWs, conducting leadership rounds, care audits, and ensuring adherence to IPAC and sanitation standards. Expect cooperative leadership and ongoing staff development.
