People Corporation seeks an Associate Benefits Consultant to design and manage group medical, dental, life and disability benefits for mid-to-large clients. You will support the team, develop client plans, and contribute to renewal analyses and carrier negotiations.
You will collaborate with Benefits Consultants and analysts, mentor junior staff, and travel within the GTA to meet clients and deliver services. LLQP or Life License is a plus and ongoing career development is encouraged.
