Regulated by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS), PAs collect and interpret medical information, make appropriate clinical decisions and carry out diagnostic and therapeutic interventions within a formalized Physician/PA relationship agreement approved by the CPSS. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS membersin accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"
Experience Clinical experience working as a PA in a related clinical field, is an asset
Education Completion of an accredited PA degree program recognized by PACCC
Licenses Physician Assistant - Certified (PA-C) through the NCCPA.
Eligible for registration with CPSS (for applicants outside of Saskatchewan).
(May be asked to provide proof of meeting maintenance of certification)
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Canadian Certified Physician Assistant (CCPA) through PACCC; or
Membership and Licensure in valuable standing with the CPSS as a PA; or
Memberships Canadian Association of Physician Assistants
