Responsibilities As a Landscaper, you will work with our diverse team to enhance local communities’ green spaces, and improve the environment by supporting plant health and vegetation that aids in carbon capture.
Your duties may include the following:
Lawn mowing
Line & blade edging
Leaf blowing
Shearing
Pruning
Bed work
Weeding
Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment (lawn mower, leaf blowers, shears)
Drive the company truck to the local dump and waste facilities
Qualifications In this position, you will constantly cultivate new skills and receive support and on-the-job training from our diverse Leadership Team while working in the field. We offer both in-house and external education opportunities to further your skills, and personalized career paths to grow with our company. Transferable Skills and Related Experience includes:
Must have: British Columbia Driver’s License (N or FULL Class 5). Learners or International Driver Licenses not accepted.
Ability to walk 15,000+ steps a day and lift up to 50 pounds (as needed)
Excellent Reliability
Team player




Positive Attitude and willingness to learn
Smartphone with data plan
Willingness to drive company trucks as trained
Willingness to commute to sites within the Lower Mainland
Language of work: English
Have a car (asset)
No experience is required to start as an Entry-Level Landscaper, but outdoors or physical work experience is an asset
We offer advancement into supervision for any team member fulfilling their job duties and qualifications on a consistent basis!
Supervisor Wage Range - $28.90-$37.00 per hour
Working Conditions
Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8AM-4:45PM @ various property locations around the Lower Mainland. Commutes are to be expected.
