This full time position in Toronto requires a seasoned audit professional to implement and manage the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program across CAE Group operations. You will conduct oversight reviews, validate testing procedures, and identify enhancements for internal audit processes. Communicating with senior management and stakeholders will be essential for timely and effective QA reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead QA reviews ensuring adherence to Global QAIP principles
• Document and classify findings and ratings in QA workpapers




• Validate QA results and draft reports for management review
• Enhance quality through corrective actions for identified issues
• Support quarterly QAIP reporting and regulatory assessments

Requirements:
• 7-10 years experience in internal audit roles
• Undergraduate degree in business or audit
• Professional audit designation (CIA/CISA/CPA)
• Familiarity with regulatory validation processes
• Experience in financial institutions preferred
