Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing & Communications, you will facilitate the connection between the Foundation, donors, and healthcare stakeholders. This position requires managing key recognition projects, overseeing donor engagement strategies, and liaising with redevelopment teams. Your efforts will ensure that donor contributions are recognized and integrated into hospital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage donor recognition elements installation in facilities
• Attend redevelopment meetings and coordinate with partners
• Build relationships for future donor engagement opportunities




• Prepare applications for naming opportunities
• Track donor engagement commitments reporting

Requirements:
• Experience in fundraising, communications, or project management
• Robust organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in CRM systems; familiarity with Raiser’s Edge NXT preferred
• Knowledge of capital projects and donor recognition practices
• Ability to work well with diverse stakeholders
