This position requires adaptability to various shifts and a commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support patients with daily living tasks like bathing and hygiene
• Execute delegated functions in cooperation with nursing staff
• Document patient records and progress notes diligently




• Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions
• Maintain a secure and secure environment for all patients

Requirements:
• Current registration with the HSCPOA; PSW program completion required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate mandatory
• Skills in behavioral management training are advantageous
• Capacity for moderate physical activity required
• Previous experience in acute care or rehabilitation preferred
