Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve meals attractive and nutritious
• Review and adhere to menu requirements
• Conduct daily temperature audits for food safety
• Create menu substitutions as necessary
• Assist in organizing special meal occasions

Requirements:
• Food Handler's Certificate essential
• Red Seal Certificate preferred
• Experience in healthcare food preparation
• Knowledge of provincial food regulations
• Must be able to perform physical tasks safely
