Join Casey's Creative Kitchens as an IT Support Technician and become the backbone of our technology support team. Your expertise will ensure that our systems operate flawlessly in a dynamic environment.

In this role, you will be addressing daily IT challenges in our 82,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility. With a focus on both office and manufacturing tech, you'll handle everything from printer issues to network performance. This position requires a keen mind for troubleshooting and an ability to explain solutions simply to non-technical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot IT issues across various devices and systems
• Set up and configure IT equipment for recent employees
• Provide Google Workspace administration and support




• Ensure stable network connectivity and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain documentation of all IT processes and equipment

Requirements:
• Education or experience in IT or equivalent field
• Previous desktop support experience preferred
• Strong familiarity with Windows and Google Workspace
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices
• Valid driver’s license for travel between locations
