We are currently looking for a Bilingual Discounter Representative to join our team in Mississauga, ON .

This role will be responsible for reviewing all lease and loan contracts and ensuring dealers paid in a timely manner.
A Day in the Life:
Job functions Include but are not limited to:
Verifies loans and leases contracts
Follows-up with dealers and for contracts placed on hold
Proofread documents
Checks manual files for duplicate, missing or misfiled items
Destroys documents according to guidelines
Handles financial transactions
Who We’re Looking for:
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum High School education required, University or College preferred
At least 1 years of work experience in customer service along with office/administrative support
Capable to be firm and assertive with dealers over the phone
Attention to detail, accuracy, strong problem-solving and decision making skills
Solid adaptability to learn recent computer systems
Must be fluent in English and French both verbal and written

Salary Range:
$51,601.00 - $63,397.00
This compensation range represents the minimum to midpoint base salary rates at Nissan for jobs assigned to this particular grade level. Please note that an employee's base salary may occasionally be set above the midpoint of the salary band for this grade level, in recognition of the employee's unique skills, work experience, education, work location, or market conditions.
