The Marketing Assistant will play a vital role in coordinating conference logistics from planning to execution. Your organizational skills and adaptability will be crucial as you tackle various tasks, including inventory management and marketing asset coordination. You’ll be immersed in diverse aspects of marketing, gaining broad experience through hands-on involvement in graphic design, digital content, and company-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all aspects of conference needs and logistics
• Maintain accurate inventory of marketing materials




• Assist graphic design and production requests

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1+ year of relevant marketing experience
