Insurity is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to nurture client relationships and help customers maximize value from the Insurity Decisions Suite. You’ll act as the primary contact and collaborate with product, sales, and support to improve the customer experience.
You’ll manage expectations, onboard recent customers, monitor KPIs, and identify upsell opportunities while ensuring contracts are honored and billing is accurate. Travel is expected to be <10%.
