You will ensure client experiences are exceptional and that your team meets high standards daily.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach the client coordinator team effectively
• Manage scheduling health and client allocation




• Handle escalated client issues and service recovery
• Set up recent MVA and WSIB claims across clinics
• Chase outstanding claims and insurer follow-ups

Requirements:
• 2+ years in clinic administration experience
• Strong experience in leading a front desk team
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Organized, detail-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of MVA/WSIB billing is an asset
