Job Description This position reports to the Manager of Adult Community and Rehabilitation Services in Mental Health and Addictions. This position is responsible for the provision of clinical assessment, case management, and interventions, as well as health promotion and prevention services to Sunrise Health Region clients eighteen (18) years and older experiencing problems related to mental health.

years of experience as a nurse in a Mental Health workplace
Education Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing (BPN)
Licenses Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable
Nursing diploma is acceptable
Other Information Provincial posting open to SUN members – SUN/SAHO CBA Articles 27.02 and 27.05
