Reporting to the Manager of Ocular Recovery, this role requires hands-on expertise in tissue recovery from deceased donors. You'll collaborate closely with healthcare teams to assess donor suitability and lead the recovery process while maintaining TGLN's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform surgical recovery of eye tissues from deceased individuals
• Package and transport tissues according to health standards
• Assist with recovery of heart valves and other tissues




• Coordinate medical assessments of potential tissue donors
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procedures

Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma in health sciences required
• Four years of experience in a health sciences environment preferred
• Valid class G driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to work diverse 12-hour shifts, days and nights
• Capacity to lift up to 35 lbs and travel as needed
