As Vice President, you will lead strategic value creation across retail properties, directly engaging in essential areas like leasing and property operations. This role encompasses preparing Annual Plans, conducting property reviews, and ensuring high-quality property management services. Collaborate with various teams and external partners to maintain property standards and optimize asset values through effective negotiations and planning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic property planning and direction
• Review and approve Annual Property Budgets




• Conduct regular property performance evaluations
• Ensure high-quality property management services
• Support acquisitions and dispositions of retail properties

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields
• At least 12 years in retail real estate management
• Solid experience with various retail formats
• Robust understanding of financial management concepts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
