Key Responsibilities:
• Work with the MRT RN and PSWs in client care
• Implement evidence-based assessment and evaluation tools
• Assist in developing Cooperative Care Plans
• Share knowledge with the care team and family members
• Maintain care quality across assigned LTCHs
Requirements:
• Unrestricted RPN registration from Ontario
• Diploma in RPN with medication authority
• At least one year in geriatric care or similar
• Training in responsive behaviours management preferred
• Criminal record screening for vulnerable sectors
