Join Cogeco Connexion Inc as a Capital Budget Financial Analyst in Montréal, QC, and take charge of tracking capital expenditures. Collaborate with teams to analyze variances and produce impactful financial reports.

This temporary position spans 14 months, focusing on planning, forecasting, and managing capital expenditures for Cogeco’s Canadian and U.S. operations. You will support operational teams while assisting in the Capex budgeting process and ensuring accurate expense tracking. Strong analytical and communication skills in both French and English are a must to thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in annual Capex budgeting processes and quarterly forecasts
• Analyze budget variances with operational teams monthly




• Prepare reports for executive management, detailing budgeted vs. actuals
• Develop optimization tools for Capital Budget processes
• Support creation requests and budget transfers for capital projects

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• CPA designation required
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in analysis and communication
• Familiarity with Workday and Google Workspace tools
