In this in-person role, you will collaborate closely with the Clinical Services Manager to deliver specialized nursing services to nephrology patients. Candidates must possess at least three years of experience in Nephrology Nursing and demonstrate a robust foundation in clinical expertise and patient teaching.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients' hemodialysis needs and conditions
• Provide nursing services in patient's homes and at the unit
• Conduct educational sessions for patients on self-care
• Communicate with patients and families effectively
• Be flexible to adapt to shifting patient care demands

Requirements:
• Minimum three years of nephrology nursing experience
• Preferred nursing degree and Manitoba Nephrology Nursing course
• Current CRNM registration essential
• Preferred CNA certification in Nephrology Nursing
• Must hold a valid Manitoba driver's license
