Join the team at St. Paul’s Hospital as a Clinical Nursing Educator. This role is pivotal in enhancing clinical skills and educational resources for nursing staff in a supportive environment.

At Providence Health Care, your leadership will help foster a culture of continuous improvement through customized training programs. You will work closely with nursing teams to assess educational needs, develop learning plans, and facilitate the integration of current best practices in maternity care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement formal and informal educational programs
• Validate learning needs through analysis and discussions
• Mentor and coach nursing staff in clinical settings
• Evaluate educational effectiveness and make necessary adjustments




• Promote evidence-based best practices in training sessions

Requirements:
• Registration as an RN with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• Minimum three years of relevant nursing experience
• Proven ability to lead educational initiatives
• Solid skills in communication and conflict resolution
• Experience in clinical mentorship will enhance this role
