The Salvation Army Booth Centre in Hamilton is seeking a Case Worker to support homeless individuals through case management, referrals, and practical assistance. This permanent full time role offers steady schedule and a 37.5-hour week with a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch.
Under supervision you will assess needs with VI SPDAT, build networks, maintain client records, and participate in harm-reduction initiatives while upholding confidentiality and agency policies.
