This position requires a Master's degree in Speech Pathology and a valid state license. Key responsibilities include conducting evaluations, creating and implementing treatment plans, and monitoring patient outcomes. You will support patient discharges and maintain thorough documentation, all while working within a cooperative healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct speech and language evaluations for diverse patient needs
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor and adjust treatment based on patient responses




• Facilitate patient discharge planning and home programs
• Maintain accurate documentation to meet accreditation standards
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
• State-issued Speech Language Pathologist license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• No prior experience required
