You will be responsible for executing end-to-end process reviews, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing automation solutions. Key Responsibilities:



• Lead discovery for OTC special projects and system migrations • Document comprehensive business and technical requirements • Utilize advanced mapping techniques for workflows and data flows • Develop and update SOPs and training materials • Identify and propose solutions for operational inefficiencies
