With a strong pipeline ofmercial tenant improvement, landlord improvements, and light industrial projects, this is an excellent opportunity for a construction qualified looking to join a busy and entrepreneurial environment.

Thepany continues to secure new projects and is seeking a Project Manager who can take ownership of multiple projects while working closely with leadership and site teams.

Responsibilities Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships Manage contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation Ensure projects are delivered safely, on budget,



and on schedule Work collaboratively with Superintendents to drive project success Qualifications Experience managingmercial construction projects Background in tenant improvement,mercial interiors, landlord improvements, or light industrial projects is considered an asset Strong understanding of budgets, scheduling, and contract administration Excellentmunication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously $100,000 to $130,000 Prospect for growth with apany experiencing continued business expansion Why Join?
