English will follow Analyste financier.re senior Vous contribuerez au succs de l''organisation en participant activement au processus de comptabilit, de rapports et la production de rapports financiers.

Vous soutiendrez galement la haute direction avec diverses demandes et analyses.

Une relocalisation notre bureau de Dallas serait une possibilit.

Responsabilits spcifiques Coordonner et rviser les rapports financiers; Produire les tats financiers mensuels et de fin d''exercice conformment aux rapports lgaux et aux GAAP amricains; Prparer les analyses financires et des rapports mensuels et trimestriels.

Analyser et interprter les donnes financires, y compris les diffrences entre le budget et les rsultats rels; Veiller au processus de budgtisation, analyse et projections financires.

Assurer la conformit de tous les rapports financiers, oprations et transactions selon les politiques internes, normes et contrles rglementaires; Traiter les critures de journal et prparez les rapprochements dans le cadre du processus de clture mensuel de fin de priode; Coordonner et prparer les dpts des rapports financiers et autres informations requises par les agences de rglementation, la haute direction, les autorits fiscales et autres, pour les entreprises sous votre responsabilit; Prparer les dpts statutaires trimestriels et annuels selon les exigences du NAIC (Livre bleu); Assister aux audits des tats financiers intermdiaires et de fin d''exercice; Prparer et coordonner les dclarations de revenus des socits et de l''tat; Accomplir d''autres tches et projets spciaux assigns par la direction.

Exprience/Formation Diplme en comptabilit; Minimum de 3 ans d''exprience pertinente en comptabilit; Dsignation CPA, un atout; Exprience en audit, un atout; Matrise des concepts, pratiques et procdures comptables gnraux; Exprience en clture complte de fin de priode et en prparation d''tats financiers; Comptent en Microsoft Excel; Comptences informatiques intermdiaires avances; Exprience dans l''industrie de l''assurance vie et/ou de la rassurance, un atout; Connaissance d''Oracle Financials, un atout; Matriser les programmes et logiciels de comptabilit.

Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting You will contribute to the success of the organization by actively participating in the accounting, reporting process and production of financial reports.

You will also support senior management with various requests and analysis.

There is the possibility for a job relocation to our Dallas office.

Main areas of responsibility Coordinate and review financial reporting; Production of monthly and year-end financial statements in accordance with statutory reporting and U.S. GAAP; Prepare monthly and quarterly financial analyses and reports; Analyze and interpret financial data, including variances between budget and actual results Budgeting process, analysis and financial projections; Ensure all financial reporting, operations,



and transactions are compliant with internal policies and regulatory standards and controls; Process journal entries and prepare reconciliations as part of the monthly period end close process; Coordinate and prepare filings of financial reports and other information required by regulatory agencies, senior management, fiscal authorities and other, for the companies under your responsibility; Prepare quarterly and annual statutory filings as required by the NAIC (Blue Book); Assist with interim and year-end financial statement audits; Prepare and coordinate corporate and state income tax filings; Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements Accounting degree; minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience; CPA designation (an asset); Audit experience (an asset); Proficient with general accounting concepts, practices and procedures; Experience in full-cycle period-end close and financial statement preparation; Proficient in Microsoft Excel; intermediate to advanced computer skills; Experience in life insurance and/or reinsurance industry (an asset); Knowledge of Oracle Financials (an asset); Being proficient in accounting programs and software.
