As part of Dunn Group, you will take on the Controller role responsible for managing finance and accounting functions at Renewable by Andersen locations. You’ll ensure compliance and accurate reporting while fostering a culture of accountability. Collaborate with company leaders to create processes that align with rapid business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead month-end close and compliance across regions
• Create scalable accounting systems and procedures
• Coach junior team members for qualified growth
• Build financial systems supporting marketing expenses
• Partner on accounting strategies with CFO and CEO

Requirements:
• Must hold a CPA designation
• 7–10 years in senior accounting and finance
• Experience with cross-border (Canada/US) accounting
• Multi-entity management experience required
• Proven ability to develop and implement processes
