Drive efficiency in order processes at SmartSweets as a remote Order Management Support Consultant. Assist in product fulfillment while engaging collaboratively with various departments.

This part-time, temporary role offers 20-30 hours weekly from September 2026 through February 2027. Based in British Columbia, you’ll work with teams in Sales and Customer Service to ensure that orders are filled accurately and on time, making a significant impact on customer satisfaction. This role will require you to analyze inventory levels and trends to mitigate supply risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Allocate inventory according to business priorities
• Partner with departments for accurate order fulfillment




• Monitor shipments and proactively identify supply risks
• Manage and resolve order discrepancies effectively
• Analyze customer order trends for improvement

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5+ years in Supply Chain or Logistics
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or similar
• Relevant experience in the CPG or Food industry
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Solid interpersonal and analytical skills
