Bunge Canada is seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager in Star, Alberta. Drive regional grain procurement strategies while balancing profitability, market share, and customer service goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing regional results. With a focus on grain procurement and marketing, you’ll work closely with Territory Managers and sales staff. Your leadership will ensure the team meets established targets, maintains relationships, and effectively responds to customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop regional procurement strategies aligned with corporate objectives
• Achieve EFR and margin targets in grain marketing
• Monitor and analyze profit and loss figures
• Lead and manage the human resources of the team
• Ensure ongoing training for Customer Account Representatives
Requirements:
• Eight years in grain procurement with mentorship experience
• Degree in Agriculture or Commerce
• Solid leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record in achieving financial results
• Commitment to food safety and regulatory compliance
