LaPrairie Works is seeking Snowplow Operators to support their highway maintenance team. In this role, you will safely manage snowplow operations, perform routine equipment maintenance, and maintain detailed service records. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate plow wing and combo units for road clearing
• Conduct routine equipment maintenance and cleanliness checks
• Maintain accurate hours and safety reports




• Perform pre and post inspection checks on equipment
• Report maintenance issues to the supervisor

Requirements:
• Experience driving in winter and off-road conditions
• Valid Class 1 or 3 license and clean driver’s abstract
• First Aid Training certification
• Ability to work versatile shifts and be on-call
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written format
