As a full-time HVAC Mechanic, your responsibilities will include addressing emergency calls, managing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting high-complexity systems. You'll interact with various departments and provide guidance on repairs and maintenance while continuously upgrading your knowledge of industry advancements and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform emergency troubleshooting and solution implementation
• Maintain and operate HVAC and gas-fired systems efficiently
• Conduct thorough inspections based on the PM Plan




• Prepare drawings for projects and renovations
• Participate in continuous learning and technology adaptation

Requirements:
• Interprovincial Trades Ticket or valid Trades Qualification needed
• Minimum of 2 years general HVAC experience
• Four years of building automation experience required
• Proficient in using computers for administrative tasks
• Solid interpersonal skills for customer service
