What you will do Contribute to the bid process cycle.

Accurately interpret technical specifications with a keen eye for detail.
Perform thorough quantity take‑offs to ensure precise contract specifications and pricing.
Maintain a focus on client pricing requirements for project feasibility.
Cultivate relationships with trade partners, consultants, and clients to achieve project goals.
Explore innovative solutions and opportunities within the parameters of the project.
This role could be for you if you have 1 to 5 years of relevant estimating experience in the construction industry.
A University Degree, College Diploma or certificate in Engineering or Construction Management. Or a combination of education and industry experience.
A proven track record of project coordination and team collaboration.
Experience building relationships with industry and project stakeholders.
A comprehensive understanding of the bid process cycle.
Critical research skills used for identifying and analyzing project‑specific expenses.




Expertise in quantity take‑offs to guarantee accuracy in contract specifications and pricing.
