You will interact with technical, clinical, and marketing teams to ensure adoption and workflow consistency across live clinics. Your responsibilities include tracking performance metrics and optimizing communication strategies to enhance patient consent processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build clinic-by-clinic adoption plans for improving consent workflows
• Conduct in-clinic visits to engage and support staff
• Track adoption progress towards targets and resolve data gaps




• Coordinate pilots for expanding patient engagement channels
• Maintain an integrated tracker for project statuses and dependencies

Requirements:
• Proven experience in program or project coordination
• Strong stakeholder-management skills in healthcare contexts
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and dashboards
• Excellent written communication abilities
• Understanding of healthcare metrics and consent processes
