Reporting directly to the Manager of Patron Experience, you’ll focus on strategic coordination and day-to-day operations of the Main Library. Candidates must have a Master's degree in Library Science and at least five years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing staff performance, supervising operations, and enhancing the New Central Library project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of excellent customer service methods
• Supervise library personnel and staffing procedures




• Ensure service levels are maintained through effective scheduling
• Manage project components of the Current Central Library
• Coordinate community engagement and internal communications

Requirements:
• Master's degree in Library and Information Science
• At least five years’ experience in libraries, with supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of library technologies and practices
• Criminal record check required
